It's very funny to me that I am the one that has been told I'm not telling the truth and that ladonna Humphrey is guilty of everything the so called podcaster Javier Leyva and Anthony Christopher has accused her of.

Yet I've been taunted daily by their cult members saying things like we haven't heard from you and I check daily.

Or you must have given up and let her burn.

I don't care either.

Fact is that nobody listens because the fact that I told you when or where I would be back.

But the funny thing about that is, if I'm such a liar, why are you waiting for my next words?

But now that I'm here, maybe you don't want to hear what I'm bringing to you Today I am back to bring you a horrifying report that actually I was asked to do.

So maybe in coming back, maybe you'll find out something about one of the people that you follow and may decide not to.

Episode 15 allegedly Anthony Christopher has been accused of rape what's going on everybody?

Welcome back to We Are Not Afraid podcast that will always tell you the truth, no matter who doesn't want to hear it.

Of course I'm your man, David McClair.

As you heard in the intro, I get taunted daily.

I have all of the cult members on Javier and Anthony Christopher's side always writing me with things.

I guess it's supposed to coax me out of what I'm doing to come back and respond to them.

But I guess after all these months, the one thing that they don't seem to understand is I marched to my own beat.

Since nobody listens.

I did say I would come back with one more episode probably before I went to Arkansas.

Didn't give you no Pacific time, no Pacific date.

After I dropped the last episode pertaining to Kaya Penfield, my plan was that I would come back right before I left or I would just leave it sit where it was.

Because as everybody knew, I'm going to Arkansas and then I will have a whole report to prove further lies once I return.

However, the reason why I'm back today has nothing to do with the trolls who sends me emails, which by the way, just to let them know I do see them, I just choose to ignore them.

But it further lets me know that they too are probably seeking for the truth.

If you are taunting me, the adversary to the people that you supposedly say is telling all the truth and no lies.

Then why do you hang on every word that I say?

Why do you check daily to see if I dropped anything?

If the truth was really over there, you would have no reason to listen to me.

So you can call me Flavor Flav all you want to.

You can say, I finally gave up all you want to.

Even went as far to say, I knew you couldn't hang with Javier the man, but they can't spell right.

Because what it actually read was, I knew you couldn't hang with the Javier man.

Learn how to formulate a proper sentence before you send me this trash and said, I haven't released nothing.

Well, I'm repeat this again.

Javier Leyva can't hang with me.

I've listened to the trash interviews that he's done.

If you want to compare my resume to his, I'll put mine up against his any day.

Well, before you write this trash, why don't you dig into your man Javier Lever before you want to put his podcasting portfolio up against mine.

However, the reason I'm back today is because I did receive an email and.

An email.

Apparently, Eureka Springs is listening.

Let me read to you what the email says.

Now, again, the person didn't use a real email address.

It is someone that's anonymous, I'm assuming, but I do kind of like the email address that they created.

So it was from somebody who titled it Stay Strong, which I think they were trying to tell me to stay strong and pardon my French, But I gotta read you the email.

The way they put it, it was stand strong@davidisabad.com, whoever you are.

Thank you.

You know, that.

That.

That's kind of flattering.

Here's what the email says.

Read today in Fort Smith's article about the Eureka Springs man, Anthony being a rapist.

Why haven't you done an episode reading that police report and given the audience what we need to know, that he is a rapist.

An accused rapist partnered up with that porn star who accused someone of raping her.

I want this story.

Eureka needs this story.

I am begging you to run it this weekend.

Now, unfortunately, I wasn't able to get to it that weekend.

This was set back to be January 31st.

But we are here now and this is exactly the episode we're about to do.

I want to point out that this is not the first email and I have gotten real names of people that I promise to keep anonymous that has told me that Anthony Christopher needs to be knocked down a peg to continue to take down Anthony Christopher.

That Anthony Christopher is not the man that we think that he is.

So here's what I was going to do.

I have had this report sit in in my inbox for forever.

I told you I do research on everybody that I have to deal with.

I've already drug Anthony Christopher before in the Mastermind Anthony Christopher episode.

So I was debating since Dennis had already written an article about it and I read the article, article was very good and it was scathing and that this exact report was attached to that, I was debating if I was going to do anything about it.

At that point I had decided that I was not going to because I felt like since Dennis McCassin's already done it, he did good job with it, that I don't need to continue to beat the drum.

So I was just going to let it go.

Figured that everybody in Eureka Springs or wherever you are listening to this already got the gist of that article.

But when I get this email, that proves to me that maybe somebody wants my take on it.

And just like Anthony Christopher and Javier Lea, I'm not going to turn down my audience.

The only difference between me and them is I'm going to come back with some truth and everything I'm reporting is truthful and it is available to you.

So this was going to be kind of a long one because this report is long and I'm going to point out some things that's very contradictory about this report that Anthony Christopher is going to say down the line.

And I put out to to you what that is when we get there because it's the same thing that ladonna Humphrey actually said.

But you guys had no mercy.

I also want to point this out.

Get started.

To the audience who is here for truth, I want you to listen to what I'm about to say.

I'm not really talking to the trolls and his cult following because they've already made up their mind and they just want to stick to the Kool Aid and they'll go down with it when they do.

But to you that is really listening to this podcast for the truth, I want you guys to wrap your head around One thing, just about everyone that you have heard in this podcast, Anthony Christopher, the host himself, Javier Leyva, Alicia Lockhart, Patty Rush, I can go on.

Just about all of them has a criminal record, whether it's drunk driving, whether it's felonies, whatever it is, they have criminal records.

Anthony Christopher has several of them, from what I've seen.

So doesn't it phase you?

Funny that the people that is bringing you this news and saying somebody else is lying all have criminal records, yet ladonna Humphrey is clean.

Wouldn't you think that if ladonna Humphrey did even two things that they mentioned in this podcast, that she would have a felony record or some kind of record?

Or if you search ladonna Humphrey's name, criminal charges would come up.

Think about that.

They're just as bad as Trump's cabinet because each one of them are criminals, too.

And each one of them, like Javier labor and Anthony Christopher, don't know a damn thing they're doing in government.

If you need proof of that, look at what's going on right now.

Look at all the people that voted for him scrambling because they are getting affected, too.

My gas prices just went up by 30 cent.

So I guess that reducing prices really want what Trump wanted to do, right?

He lied, he grifted, and now he has a cabinet full of people that's incompetent.

Did you hear that they fired the people that was over our nuclear weapons till they had to scramble to get them back.

This is exactly the bomb the Javier Leyva and Anthony Christopher is.

And people choose to listen to them.

But think about that statement again.

Each one of them are criminals.

Ladonna Humphrey is not.

However, let's jump in to this very long report.

All right, so this report was filed with the Eureka Springs Police Department on July 13, 2023 at 1817 hours.

That's about 6:17pm the type of incident was rape.

And let's talk about who these people are.

Now, I'm only giving you the names because these names are public and they're not redacted in the police report, which means that if you decided to get your own copy of it, it would not be redacted there as well.

So only the information that is redacted is what I'm going to leave out.

However.

So it says that the victim was Anthony Michael Dewey.

He is a white male, does not give his age because that is redacted.

But it does state that he is willing to prosecute on this report.

It says that he is six foot three, blue Eyes.

Then there was the witness, Elaine Louise Williams, who was a white female.

And then the suspect, Anthony Christopher, white male.

And it says he is a suspect and he has been identified, he has been located and he was near the scene.

The charge would be sexual assault in the second degree which is a class B felony.

Now this report was taken by looks like Assistant Chief Brian Jones and he was the one that was doing the reporting on it.

Now before I get into this report, I just want to make people aware and if you are triggered by this, this may not be the episode for you.

This will deal with some harsh language.

It is of the sexual nature.

I feel like I should not substitute anything because it is an official legal document.

It is a police report and I think that you need to get gist of what's going on.

So if you triggered by such words or by rape, I understand if you skipped this episode.

So let's start with the report.

On July 13, 2023, at approximately 1800 hours, Officer Grisham was contacted by dispatch who stated there was a male in the lobby who was wanting to file a sexual assault report.

Officer Grisham arrived and spoke with Anthony Dewey, who was the victim.

Officer Grisham who spoke with Michelle Davis, who was the director for the Purple Flower.

Michelle stated she knew Dewey through a co worker at the Purple Flower and she was assisting him with filing a report.

Officer Grisham had Anthony fill out a witness statement form, then took him and Michelle to the interview room.

Officer Grisham told Dewey to walk him through what happened.

He stated on the night of September 29, 2022, he went to Bruise to sing karaoke, but they didn't have karaoke that night.

So he went to the Gravel Bar at Wandero.

Dewey stated he had a couple of drinks there and met some new friends who invited him to go to Eureka Live with them to do karaoke.

Dewey went to Eureka Live with them and sang one song.

Then he was approached by the owner of Eureka Live who he identified as Anthony.

Dewey stated Anthony approached him after singing and said, quote, that was some big dick energy.

End quote.

Dewey stated the comment made him uncomfortable and he responded by telling Anthony that he was not interested in him.

Anthony then said to Dewey, quote, it's a compliment, take it.

End quote.

Anthony then told Dewey he should sing another song.

Dewey stated he set his open beard down on a table with his friends while he went on stage to sing another song.

Officer Grisham asked if Anthony was sitting at that table and Dewey said no, but he was walking around near the table.

Dewey stated when he finished singing his second song, Anthony approached him again and asked Dewey to follow him somewhere.

Dewey stated he began following Anthony but things were happening in flashes and he did not feel right.

Dewey stated, quote, the next thing I remember was being in a dressing room on my knees with his dick in my mouth.

End quote.

Dewey stated he knew it was a dressing room because he remembers seeing a rack of feather boas and costume props.

Dewey stated the next thing he remembered after that he was being bent over a makeup counter and he could see Anthony in the mirror behind him performing or anal sex on him.

Dewey stated after that he could only remember waking up in his bed the next morning.

Dewey stated he had only drank a few beers throughout the night and did not feel drunk.

Do we stated he felt like he was drugged to the point where he was unable to consent to having any kind of sexual intercourse with Anthony and could not remember exactly what was done to him.

Now if you remember my interview with Rocky, Rocky said that he doesn't advise anyone to drink anything from Eureka.

Now this kind of coincides with another police report that I have.

I almost included it with this one but it's long.

But it also accuses being poisoned by a drink from Eureka Live.

Except for this person died.

Now maybe I'll come back at a different time and I would do that report, but I think you do.

You will hear traces of it in this one.

But remember this is not the first time that somebody has accused Anthony, Christopher and or Eureka Live of poisoning their drink again.

The other person who did ended up falling hitting his head.

I guess if I remember the police report right and he died.

Dewey's witness statement form states and I quote Thursday, September 29th of 2023.

But the actual correct day should have been 2022.

I was assaulted by the owner of Eureka Live.

Thursdays were my ex wife and I's agreed upon night for me to go out.

Usually I went to brews for open mic.

This particular night open mic was canceled for an art opening.

I stayed for a couple of beers.

Then I went to Gravel Bar to see a band there, met a few people and drank a couple beers with them.

They invited me to join them for karaoke at Eureka Live.

When I got there I signed up to song no Rain by Blind Melon.

Afterwards Anthony, the owner of Eureka Live approached me and said that was some big dick energy.

I responded with a verbal deflection telling him I was non binary expressing my disinterest.

He assured me it's a compliment Take it and told me I should go up again.

I signed up and sang White Rabbit by Jefferson Airplane.

Then I got back to the table where my new acquaintances were and retrieved my beer.

After a few minutes Anthony approached me again, this time asking me to follow him.

Somewhere he was talking to me, but things were happening in flashes.

Next thing I remember was being in a dressing room on my knees with his dick in my mouth.

There was a rack of feather boas and costume props to my right.

Next, I briefly recall being bent over a makeup counter.

There was a mirror in front of me in powdered makeup containers.

The next thing I remember was waking up in my bed the next morning.

My wife was asking me when I left the club who I was with, etc and I couldn't remember.

Weeks later I tried to explain that I thought I'd been raped.

She said I was in denial.

But I remember when I attended CSU Chico I was required to take a course called Not Anymore where I was taught about sexual consent.

And I know that under the laws regarding sexual consent, regardless of if I was drugged, as I suspected, respect I was.

The fact that I cannot remember what exactly was done to me means I was intoxicated beyond the possibility of consent, therefore raped.

End quote.

Dewey also wrote down the name and phone number of her female who he met at the Gravel Bar and they went to Eureka Live.

Her name was Elaine Williams.

On Friday 7142023 at approximately 12:26 hours, Assistant Chief Brian Jones spoke with the victim Anthony Dewey who he had some follow up questions for Dewey.

Dewey was asked about the incident where he was on his knees and had Anthony Christopher's penis in his mouth and he was asked why he did not bite down and he stated it was just a brief moment when he realized what was going on and he stated he would call it disassociated.

Dewey was asked about when he stated that he was bent over the makeup counter.

He was asked if he remembered Christopher having sex with him and he stated he did not.

He assumed he was because he could see him in the mirror standing behind him and Dewey stated he did not have pants on but does not know if he had sex with Christopher.

Dewey was asked if he knew how he got home, if a friend may have dropped him off.

Dewey stated he does not remember but his vehicle was at his house when he woke up.

Dewey was asked if he drinks until he blacks out.

He stated he does not and has not done that since his younger days, early 20s.

He stated he started that night at Bruise at approximately 1830 hours, which is about 6:30.

Had two beers before going to Gravel Bar and two beers while there.

He then went to Eureka Live where he also had about two beers.

All this took place in the span of five to six hours for a total of approximately six beers.

Now before I continue, I can already hear what Anthony Christopher's loyal following is saying, which is how would I believe this if I don't believe that Alicia Lockhart was raped?

Let me put that in perspective.

It's going to come up again, but I want to kind of hit this early.

There is one thing that Dewey has that Alicia Lockhart does not have.

If you want to be believable, that is consistency.

If you all have been listening, he has now told the story twice.

Once in short form before when he was just asked briefly what happened.

And now what I just read to you in a longer statement.

If you notice, Dewey's story never changes from what happened that night down to when he was drinking, who he was drinking with, when he, I felt flashes of time does not change.

Now here's the other thing that he could have done if he was lying, that Alicia Lockhart did.

Alicia Lockhart came out full fledged and said I was raped.

This guy tells you what he remembered.

He says, yeah, I remember I was on my knees and he had his thing in my mouth.

But I'm not really sure if he had anal sex with me.

I'm assuming that he did because I'm bent over on the table.

I got little pants on.

Anthony Christian got no pants on.

I can see in the mirror he's behind me.

But I'm not sure if he really wanted to turn that juice up like Alicia Lockhart did.

In lie, he could have said, yeah, Anthony Christopher had sex with me.

Yep, that's why I was bent over the table.

He did not say that at this, this time the ball is in his court.

He certainly could have done that, which Javier Laa, Anthony Christopher and Clan would have done if this was them.

This is why this guy is believable.

Because twice he's told this story.

He's told the same story twice and he's told the cop.

I'm not really sure if Anthony Christopher had sex with me that night.

I'm assuming so because of the position I was in.

Remember this folks, if you are lying, you cannot tell the same story twice.

And you're going to hear again because I think if I remember correctly, it comes up again when they're going to interview him.

Just keep an eye on that consistency.

Let's Continue On Friday, 714 2023, at approximately 15:10 hours, which is about 3:10 in the afternoon, Assistant Chief Jones made contact with Anthony Christopher in reference to setting up an interview.

Christopher was briefly advised what the interview would be about and stated he would do the interview.

The interview set up for 1100 hours.

Monday, 717 2023, which is 11am Christopher was asked about video surveillance.

He does not have cameras, but they overwrite approximately every 14 days.

On Monday 717 2023, at approximately 9:50am Anthony Christopher arrived at the police department for a scheduled interview for 11am or as the right 1100 hours, Christopher was brought to the interview room, read his Miranda warnings.

He signed stating he understood his rights and was willing to be interviewed.

I want to point that out again.

Anthony Christopher just signed a statement that says he understood his rights and was willing to be interviewed.

So before he wants to go back and claim anybody's lying, because I think he's already tried to do this before, I wanted to point that out.

This is all written on this release report.

I'm making none of this up.

Christopher was advised by Assistant Chief Jones of the allegations against him from September 29, 2022, a Thursday night, he was given the name Anthony Dewey and shown a picture of Dewey.

And Christopher stated his nickname is Turtle.

He was advised the allegation is that the drink Dewey had would have been drugged.

And Christopher took him to the dressing room where Dewey stated he remembers being on his knees sucking the dick of Christopher.

And he also remembers being bent over the makeup counter, his pants off and Christopher was behind him.

Christopher stated that never happened.

I'm telling you that never happened.

And he stated with the health concerns he had he could not have sex for two months by doctor's orders and if need be, he could have the doctor send a letter.

Christopher stated that night was his first night back at the bar in three weeks of bed rest.

He does not want to divulge his medical problems and he was heavily sick.

He stated he did not stay late that night and had a friend take him home.

First of all people, if I'm accused of rape and I don't care what my medical condition is, and if I know that whatever my medical condition is can help me get out of this charge, I'm not going to say I don't want to divulge what my medical problems is.

Now further on the line.

I think we're going to find out what that medical problem is.

But I'm just saying, ask yourself that question.

If you have a medical problem that prohibits you from having sex by doctor's order and this guy is accusing you of raping him throughout that time, don't you feel like it behooves you to say, hey, I could have sex about this time, bro, here's what the case is, here's what I got.

But no, he didn't do that.

But he said he can produce a letter.

We'll get back to that later on because it will come up what the doctor actually said as we continue.

So Christopher started to get emotional and stated for two years this has been a battle he has been fighting in this town.

He stated it is all coming from one source, David Avanzino.

Christopher wanted to give some backstory to the case and he stated he started coming to Eureka Springs back in April of 2020.

He moved here sometime in the summer.

He stayed with friends at Holiday island for about six months.

He got a place in November.

He ended up meeting two people at the time, David and Ethan Avan Sano.

He had been involved in nonprofits before and they had an organization.

Christopher stated they need to get together and do a fundraiser and David stated he was out of work and he's a private investigator and would like to do some work for Christopher.

About October, David and Ethan asked Christopher to go to lunch.

They wanted to talk to him about a business they wanted to buy and Christopher stated they were really close friends and every Sunday they would have dinner, approximately 12 of them.

They were like family of Christopher.

The business they wanted to buy was the Wonderoo Gravel Bar and at the last moment the bank went to them and stated the money they need to put down had went up.

They reached out to Christopher and asked if he would give them a private loan for $129,000 or else they couldn't get the business.

Christopher stated he considered them really good friends but he hadn't known them a year.

He went back to them and stated he was sorry but couldn't loan them the money.

He stated they contacted him later that night and said the owner was going to owner finance them the money and they are getting the business.

Christopher stated the next day they called all of his employees and offered them jobs in a dollar hire for pay.

He called David and asked him what he was doing and stated he thought they were friends and David said we are friends in his only business.

Wait a minute, I have to kind of chime into this.

I'm laughing because it's kind of funny because.

Have you guys been listening to the Pretend podcast?

Is this not exactly what he's doing till Adonna Humphrey right now?

He cries.

This has been going on for two years.

So what he's saying is that now that you know he couldn't give these people this money, they're pretty much stabbing him in the back.

Let's kind of roll that back.

Ladonna Humphrey whistleblow on him for something he legitimately was doing.

He created Medicaid fraud.

Would have been convicted of that if the Arkansas officials did not fluff up the case.

He went on to find somebody in Javier Lever, allegedly offered him money to spare ladonna Humphrey's name, and then went back and offered money allegedly.

But I do have a good authority from at least two people that this did happen to come on the show and further lie about ladonna Humphrey.

And to him, this is all business because he's in the business as ruining her life because she legitimately blew the whistle on him for defrauding hundreds, if not thousands of families.

Man.

Isn't that ironic?

Don't you guys find it funny he's crying about the same stuff that he and Javier Lever is now doing to ladonna Humphrey.

Just thought that was funny.

I digress.

Let's move on.

Christopher stated when Brian James died.

Report was 5, 16, 20, 21.

David put out the allegation that James was drugged to Eureka Live.

And he stated that to this day he knows people who go into the Gravel Bar are told not to to Eureka Live.

They will drug you.

Brian James is the report that I was alluding to earlier.

I do also have that full report.

Christopher stated since the allegations of him spiking drinks, he has made it his policy to not make drinks and also not to deliver drinks to the table.

That's way too easy.

Now, in the report that I read with Brian James, it didn't say that Anthony Christopher was the one that slipped in the poison in the drink or what we call a mickey.

The report said Eureka Live.

Like Anthony Christopher couldn't instruct somebody else from his bar that may be in this with him to spike a drink.

Ever think about that?

Some of what I said, it is way too easy for him to say, yeah, man, since I got accused of spiking drinks, I made it my policy not to spike the drink.

That don't mean nothing to me because you could have somebody else do it.

Moving on.

Christopher stated that night, 9-29-2022 was actually a fundraiser they do and it is called Drink with Dems, also known as Drinking with Democrats.

The bar would have been busy that night and Christopher stated the allegations are Christopher was asked the location of the dressing room.

He stated is next to the men's room and a lot of times the door is left open.

He also stated if you're playing pool you can see in the dressing room.

Christopher stated there was a night in February that him and his husband Kyle Christopher, married since 312 of 2021, were out with his friends.

They were at the White Rabbit and the ex wife of Dewey stated to him that he roofied her ex husband.

He told her no he didn't.

And that was Christopher stated she showed him a picture of him that night and that was the reason he recognized the photo of Dewey that Assistant Chief Jones showed him.

Christopher stated when she showed him the photo of Dewey he told her that the picture was a dirty hippie and he wants to think that his standards are a little bit higher.

He stated he is very happily married and he doesn't want to go mess around with a dirty hippie again pointing back to what they've done with ladonna Humphrey.

Now, was there a reason for him to call this man a dirty hippie?

Was there a reason for him to put this man down?

No.

You could have just simply said, hey man, look, this dude is not my type in the first place.

I wouldn't mess around with a guy like this and I'm very happily married, so I don't mess around with nobody like this.

No, just like with Adonis Humphrey, call all kinds of names, all kinds of accusations.

Right.

Why couldn't you just humanly say, man, look I know where I'm at but no, this is not makes you sound a little bit more guiltier here even if you're not because now you want to affix names.

People start calling people names when they are guilty.

Just to let you know that there's no reason to put this man down for any reason.

Christopher made a statement about Dewey stating don't know him, never was with him alone, have no idea what you're talking about and can give names and numbers of people who can speak to his whereabouts.

He's pretty sure that that night his show director Blaze would have been sewing in the dressing room and there would have been no way anybody could have been taken in there.

Christopher stated that due to his medical problems he could not sleep in the same bed with his husband for two months and could not sleep with his animals for two months and had he slept with the person at that time, they would have been very sick.

Now, I'm no fan of Christopher, but again we'll discuss what I believe the medical problem was.

I don't anybody running around saying oh my gosh, this dude is so sick that he's sleeping with his animals.

Because the way he worded that that he could not sleep in the same bed with his husband for two months, it could not sleep with his animals has nothing to do with him having sex with animals.

But what he had at the time can spread to an animal if they are sleeping next to him.

So I just wanted to to point that out since everybody loves to say what David said.

No, it does not mean he was having sex with animals.

Christopher's asked if he had ever taken a patron to the back room.

He stated hell no.

He stated he will not be alone with a patron.

Christopher stated he sets up front on his couch usually with his husband and he co hosts the drag show every Friday and Saturday.

The reason he sits on the couch is because the DJ booth is right behind him, there are cameras right over him and nobody can stand around him.

He stated if it's a Thursday or a Sunday and he is there, which is rare, which is when Assistant Chief Jones stated the incident took place on a Thursday.

He knew he usually wasn't there, but he looked at his calendar and seen that it was a fundraiser and would have been there.

He stated usually if he pops in on either one of those nights he will sit on the sidewell sidebar, which is the short side of the bar.

Christopher stated that Dewey has been back in Eureka Live three or four times since the night in question.

Christopher stated a friend of his named John of the neighbors who also goes by Blaze was with him all night that night stating he took him home that night because he was so sick he couldn't even drive.

And he stated they would have set at the sidebar.

Christopher thinks his husband Kyle would have left about midnight because he had to work the next day.

And to the best of his regulation, Christopher thinks he would have left about 1ish because he was sick.

This is a summary of the interview with Anthony Christopher and should not be considered a verbatim account of his full statement and at that time, no further information.

I want to go back and and point out that he's now trying to put the onus on Dewey by saying Christopher stated that Dewey has been back in Eureka Live three or four times this night in question.

What he's Getting to is this.

If I would have raped him, why would he come back into my establishment three or four times if I'm raping him?

That's what that is alluding to.

We're gonna go down further because we're going to find out that that's not true according to Dewey.

But then my question is, if you so sick, why you even go?

Especially if what you have you can pass on to an animal.

Why would you put your whole club in jeopardy by showing up if you that sick?

If you have an assistant manager there or your husband, you're just the co host of the drag show, right?

This means that your husband could continue the drag show on without you.

There is no reason and no need for you to go up in there sick as 18 dogs I guess to do this show.

But I digress.

So now we go back to the report because that was that day.

Now we're on to Mondays 7 18, 20, 23, at approximately 1555 hours, which is 3:55pm Assistant Chief Jones attempted to contact Dewey by phone.

Voicemail box was full and negative contact was made.

Then on Tuesday, 719 2023, at approximately 914 hours, which is 9 14am Assistant Chief Jones attempted to contact Dewey by phone.

Voicemail box was full.

Negative contact was made.

At approximately 12:12 hours, which is 12:12pm Assistant Chief Jones attempted to contact do it by phone voice.

My box was full.

Negative contact was made.

But then finally, at approximately 12:58 hours is it 12:58pm Dewey returned the call to Assistant Chief Jones.

He apologized for not answering because he was at work.

Dewey was asked if he knew anything about a note that was left at Eureka Live for Anthony Christopher stating that Brian was wanting to talk to him and he stated he did not leave a note.

He was also asked if he has been back to Eureka Live since the incident in September and he stated he had not.

He was asked again and he stated there was one time in October that he went to see a friend that was working there and that was the only time he has boycotted the business.

Let me repeat that he was asked because remember Christopher said he's been back three or four times.

He was asked again and he stated there was one time in October that he went to see a friend that was working there and that was the only time he has boycotted the business.

So by his account he went back one time to see a friend.

Hasn't been back there since then.

Apparently he wasn't going to see Anthony Christopher.

Apparently he didn't see Anthony Christopher that night because I think if he did that would have been in this report or Anthony Crispin the first one yelling and screaming.

This would have been the exact date that I saw him.

So from the way it looks he went in, saw his best friend, left, hasn't been back since.

On Thursday 8 3rd 2023 at approximately 1010 hours which is 10 10am Assistant Chief Jones attempted to contact do it by phone and negative contact made.

Voicemail box was full.

This went on up until Friday 842023 at a possibly 1218 hours which is 12:18pm Jones then spoke with Anthony Dewey in reference to setting up an interview and his interview was scheduled for Monday 872023 at approximately 1100 hours which is 11am so on Tuesday 7192023 at approximately 1304 hours which was 104pm Assistant Chief Jones received a call from John and the neighbors.

Returning a call from Jones.

Neighbors was advised that his number was obtained through Anthony Christopher and that Assistant Chief Jones was working a case from September 2022 that involved the Eureka Live bar.

Neighbors stated he was told by Anthony Christopher that a police officer would be calling him and he was asked if he knew the reason he would be calling and he stated yes drinks with Dems.

Neighbors was asked if he would remember how late he stayed that night and he stated it would have been 1:30 or 200 hours.

So 1:30am or 2:00am he would have been making costumes.

He stated he got there at 20:30 which is about 8:30pm and Anthony was feeling very good.

He stated they didn't stay very long and he could sew in a hotel room as easily as a dressing room.

He stated they sat down at the bar known as Locals Corner the corner of the bar that is near the downstairs door and they hung out with Link and Michelle and then they left.

His husband Kyle left early approximately 22:30 to 23 hours so that's 9:30 to 10:00pM A neighbor drove Anthony home and dropped him off.

Neighbor was asked about how busy it would have been the night in question and he stated they have a capacity of approximately 175 people and think there were approximately 45 to 55 people.

He stated once the auction ended people started to leave and only about five or six people hung around and were drinking cocktails or playing karaoke.

I want to reiterate that because Anthony Christ said oh it been impossible Back there, it was so packed that night.

Now, I want to reiterate that because Anthony, Chris, remember, said, oh, it been impossible back there because everybody would have seen it was packed.

Neighbor was asked about how busy would have been the night in question.

He stated they have a capacity of approximately 175 people and thinks there were approximately 45 to 55 people.

Now, from what that's stating, that's when it began.

But he then stated once the auction ended, people started to leave and only five or six people hung around and were drinking cocktails or playing karaoke.

So they dropped from 45 to 55 people to just five or six after the auction ended.

That is not a full capacity at that time.

Neighbors was asked about him stating Anthony was sick that night.

And he stated he had a flu type thing that night.

Then he found out later on that it was monkeypox.

He stated Anthony pretty much wasn't there two or three weeks before and after because of dealing with sickness.

Neighbors was asked if he ever seen Anthony go in the dressing room with anybody that night.

And he stated it is hard for anybody to go into the drag room or sewing room since the only person with a key is him and he keeps funds there and money there so nobody can go in.

Neighbors was asked if Anthony has a key, and he stated Anthony lost his key shortly after he got his key made possibly two years ago.

Neighbors was asked if he has ever seen Anthony go in the back with a pit with any patrons.

He stated, no, he doesn't do that.

Now, I want to step back a few minutes because if this is the case, then Anthony Christopher is just a bad owner.

There is no way I'm going to own a bar or anything.

And I don't have a key because let me explain this to you guys who don't run a business.

He's the owner.

That means anything that happens there is on him.

So let's say somebody went back in that back room and they stashed like three kilos of cocaine back there.

And now there's, this is a known place for this cocaine to be stashed.

And all of a sudden one night while they're just sitting there, FBI breaks in and goes boom.

FBI, freeze.

Nobody move.

Go back to the room.

Look for the drugs.

Now they're gonna come to Christopher.

Now his dumb answer is going to be, I didn't know what's back there because I lost my key and I don't have a key.

Question becomes, now you the owner.

How do you not have a key to Your own establishment.

How do you not see what's going on in that back room?

Why would you not go out and get you another key made?

As far as I'm concerned, in my opinion, that is an excuse.

I run my own business.

I have the keys to everything.

I have total control of everything I put out, send up who I hire.

I tell this to my wife all the time, who has a successful jams business.

He makes REITs and all that kind of stuff.

I'm like, you are the owner.

She complains all the time.

Well, your daughter's supposed to help me.

She didn't get this.

It doesn't matter what our daughter does.

If it comes down to a refund or something I've done right, they're not going to her.

They coming to you because your name is on the business, and you are responsible.

If somebody in that club breaks and falls and breaks an ankle due to a slip, they're not gonna go sue this neighbor's guy.

They coming to sue the owner, Anthony, Christopher.

So if he don't have a key, he needs to get one.

But just my opinion, where I'm sitting, either that was a.

A lie, that was an excuse, or he really did lose his key.

He just said, go out and get one.

But I'm gonna go with the size of.

That was an excuse.

Because if he's any kind of business owner that he should always be wanting to know what's going on in his club, always wonder what's going on those back rooms, always knowing what's going on with his money, because he should already know that he is the sole person that has to pay for anything that happens in that business.

Now, Assistant Chief Jones stated to neighbors that he said Anthony wasn't feeling good that night and that he had Monkeypox.

He stated yes, and it's more of a downstairs issue, if you know what I'm trying to say.

So this guy is now confirming what I thought it was all along, and it has been alluded to, I think, in a dismal Castle article, that he did contact Monkeypox, and it was mostly affecting him in his genital area, which would have prevented him from having sex and so on and so forth.

Now, if you want to come back with the animal question.

But.

Okay, well, if it's down there and he ain't having sex with his animals.

Okay, well, if he sleeps in the nude, animals like to rub up against.

No matter what it is.

It doesn't have to be sexual, but get contracted that way.

I'm not really a breast on monkey pox.

But I mean I guess if the the covers hit it a certain way maybe it can transfer.

I don't know.

But that's where that would come from.

Neighbor stated he took Anthony home around 0130 to 0200.

So that's 1:30 to 2:00am Because Kyle took their car.

He took him to his house located on Magnetic their resort.

Neighbors stated this was the first year that drinks with Dems was two nights being a Thursday and Friday they were talking about.

He stated they had a Democrat that didn't want to leave their gun in the car and that was why he remembers it so well.

Neighbors stated he stayed at the resort that night and during the busy season in town he will stay at a hotel but when town starts to slow down they just stay at their resort on Magnetic.

Neighbors was thanked for calling back and for his assistance and no further information at that time.

All right, so Moving on to Thursday 7202023 at approximately 1523 hours, which is 3:23pm Assistant Chief Jones attempted to contact Michelle Bergen by phone.

Negative contact made voicemail left for call back on Wednesday 8 2nd 2023 at a possibly 1206 hours.

Who's a 12:06pm in the afternoon.

Chief Jones did the same thing, got the same result and there was no further information.

There is one thing I want to point out though, if you guys want to put this in perspective or parallels with what they're doing to the Donna Humphrey, what is the one thing that the police is doing that Javier labor did not do or refused to do?

And all the onus goes on Javier labor because he's supposed to be the quote unquote investigator, right?

He's supposed to be the podcast host.

So what is the one thing that the police is doing that Javier labor either did not do or refused to do?

And if you said he's calling to talk to witnesses, ding ding ding ding.

Javier labor only contacted the people that he thought he could manipulate or twist their words when they had all of the information that I still have when they had all of the witnesses from the Allen fire.

It is on his podcast go listen to it where he said he was not going to call these people use any of the evidence because he didn't want to drag the dead, which Allen was a horrible man.

So the one thing that Anthony Christopher is getting here is is at least the cops is trying to call everybody to see if there's actually a case more than what Ladonna Humphrey has gotten now on Tuesday 812023 at approximately 1409 hours which is 2:09pm Assistant Chief Brian Jones attempted to contact Elaine Williams by cell phone but that ended up in a negative contact made and voicemail left for a callback.

So possibly 14:15 which is 2:15pm Williams returned the phone call.

Williams was advised of the date that Assistant Chief Jones wanted to talk to her about.

929 22.

It took a few extra details for her to remember the night.

Williams was advised that it started out at the Gravel bar and she met a guy named Dewey Anthony and they eventually moved downtown to Eureka Live.

She stated she remembered but the guy goes by the name of Turtle and that was the first time she had ever met him.

William stated she was out with her daughter and her friends and she is married.

William stated they seen Dewey sitting by himself at the gravel bar and he just looked sad.

Dewey started talking to her about being married and his wife wants them to be in an open relationship.

William stated that when they were at the Gravel bar Dewey told her he has 2 dads stating he started talking about people identifying as male or female and that he does not consider himself one entity or the other.

Williams has asked if maybe non binary was the word she was looking for and she stated yeah maybe.

She stated she couldn't get into that whole conversation because she was born a girl and she is a girl.

She stated he was talking about how love is just love.

Williams stated they ended up going to Eureka Live because they put on a kind of fun show.

Williams has asked if they drove down to Eureka Live together.

She stated no.

Her group was talking about going to Eureka Live and when they got down there Dewey was there.

Williams was asked if they all sat at a table together Eureka Live.

She stated no.

They were all basically standing.

They were in the area of the pool table.

The place was busy that night.

Night.

She stated there was a couple times that night that Dewey kept disappearing but she was not watching him that much and she was more concerned with watching her daughter.

She stated that guy got kind of weird, he tried to kiss her.

She stated she knew Anthony, the owner of the bar and she gave him $20 and asked if he could get him some pizza and she felt like he had too much to drink.

She stated Dewey tried to kiss all the girls and Anthony was able to get him away from the girls.

They snuck out the side do and left.

She stated Dewey wasn't an aggressive guy but he was hurt and thinks that he had a lot to drink that night.

She thinks he was just drinking beer but cannot guarantee it.

Williams has asked if she remembers Anthony hanging around Dewey that night and stated not really.

She stated at the end of the night when Dewey tried to kiss her, Anthony kind of put himself in the middle of them and Anthony helped her out in that situation and Dewey had gotten pretty aggressive.

That is when she gave Anthony 20 bucks to get Dewey some pizza and Anthony sat there and talked to Dewey while shooing the girls out.

Williams was asked while she was there did she ever see Anthony go in the back room with Dewey.

She stated no, Anthony sat at that bar stating he was sitting at the side next to the exit which is where they went out of.

When Dewey tried to kiss her, she looked over at Anthony sitting at the bar and that is when he intervened.

Anthony had Dewey sit at the bar next to him and gave him a cup of water and that is when she gave Anthony $20 for pizza.

They were sitting at the bar when they left.

Williams asked if she could ask what the investigation was about and she was told accusations have been made against Anthony.

Williams stated Anthony was only trying to protect those girls.

Williams is guesstimating they arrived at approximately 2100 hours and left around 2300 hours which is 9pm and 11pm she stated the next day Dewey messaged her and was being really friendly.

She told him if he couldn't respect her being a married woman then she doesn't want him messaging her anymore and she could tell that he was a hurt God.

Above is only a summary of the phone conversation with Elaine Williams.

Now I don't know what Williams testimony did.

Yeah, it is showing that okay, he said he was aggressive but when it comes to the rape she don't know because she was trying to get away from him.

She gave $20 to Christopher for pizza and he they got shoot out.

So she really can't say what happened the rest of the night beyond the time in which she left.

On Wednesday 8 2nd, 2023, Assistant Chief Jones attempted contact with Anthony Christopher by phone.

Negative contact was made, straight to voicemail, mailbox was full.

On that same day at approximately 14:30, which is 2:30pm Chief Jones tried again, got the exact same result.

And then on Thursday 83 2023, at a possibly 9 to 34 hours, which is 9:34am Assistant Chief Jones received a call back from Christopher.

Christopher was asked if he had gotten medical records from his doctor.

He stated his doctor had wrote a letter and Christopher stated he was not diagnosed with monkeypox, but that is what they thought.

He had.

He will drop off the letter at the police department.

Christopher is asked about having a key to the dressing room where he stated he had lost his key and did not think about mentioning it earlier.

He could not remember when he actually lost it, but stated maybe spring of last year.

He stated the dressing room is basically blazer's room and he has expensive costumes in there.

Again, if I'm being accused of rape and I know I don't have a key to this room, I'm not gonna forget to mention that.

Matter of fact, that's gonna be the first thing out my mouth.

Whoa, whoa, whoa, wait a minute.

That room is usually locked because Blaze keeps all his costumes up in there.

You gotta have a key to get in.

I haven't had a key yet since spring, so there's no way I'm getting in there.

First thing I would have mentioned.

Kind of funny when you forget to mention that earlier.

Maybe y'all are different than me, but if you're gonna accuse me of something, I'm not gonna get to tell you anything that's gonna help me out.

I'm gonna tell you everything you need to know.

Hey, why don't you go ask this person?

Once you ask that person, ask them the last time they saw me in the room.

I don't have a key to that room.

Maybe I don't really want a key back there because the fact that this blazer's room, now, as an owner, maybe that is the only reason you don't want to have a key.

If somebody has very expensive costumes that's back in that room, however, I would still have a key.

I would just leave that key at home.

So if you accusing me that day of going in there and stealing costumes or whatever the case is, I'm going to say my key was at home this day.

I don't care.

With me.

Furthermore, though, I would have a camera, so you got to be smart in business.

My establishment like that would be full of cameras for a lot of reasons.

One, you have a nightclub, no matter how you want to look at it, and you can slam me for it, but it's true.

That is a special interest.

You have a nightclub that is a target.

There's people in this life that does not like transgendered folks or someone that's gay or someone that says they're drag queen.

So I will have that whole place littered with cameras for the fact of the matter that if somebody's going to come in and start problems with me, I got a recorded of what happened that night.

And that also protects me from allegations like this one.

Because there indeed was cameras.

I think, I believe way back in the beginning said somebody there was cameras, they didn't work work.

I'll make sure those cameras work.

If those cameras worked or you have the proper cameras, this would have been a non issue because you could have been like, yo, officer, let me give you this camera footage.

Oh yeah, I believe, yeah, it erased every 14 days.

My house cameras on erase about every 30.

You can set that up.

And if I run into an incident that day, I download that, fold that file.

And also whoever you have security with, it only lasts for you for 30 days.

But you can go back to your security company, say I need to get footage from this day and I no longer have access and they'll give it to you.

Again, no excuse not to have proper security.

So Assistant Chief Jones stated he spoke with Elaine Williams and asked if he knew her.

He stated he did.

He was asked if he remembered her from that night.

He said yes, but didn't realize that was the same night Christopher stated he remembered running interference for her but did not realize it was Dewey.

How do you not realize that this is kind of a detrimental incident, right?

You have a woman that's crying out to you that she's been harassed by another one of your patrons.

She gives you money to buy him pizza, you shoe them out, but you don't recall.

Remember that night doesn't jive with me.

On Friday, April 2023, at approximately 15:56, which is 3:56pm Assistant Chief Jones attempted to contact Christopher by phone.

But negative contact was made and voicemail box was full and there was no further information for that day.

So now we move on to Monday, 8, 7, 2023.

At approximately 11:11 hours, which is 11:11am Assistant Chief Brian Jones performed an interview with victim Anthony Dewey at the Eureka Springs Police Department.

Now, by this time, this is what, the third time he has to tell this story.

There was a short one at the beginning, then he had that longer one.

Jones now is going to interview Anthony Dewey again.

So Dewey was asked to speak about the night of the incident of 9 29, 2022.

From the beginning to the end.

Now, what I want to point out to you guys, since you know, your boy Javier seems to know the law so much, he probably should have told you this about investigations, especially of something of a charge of this nature, having Jones set up another interview.

And now he tells Anthony Dewey, I need you to go from the beginning to the end of the story of 929 2022.

This is in hopes of catching him either in a lie or they can say he was telling the truth.

Remember what I said, if somebody is lying, they cannot repeat the same story twice.

Let's see how this one ends up.

So he was asked to speak about the night of the incident.

9 29, 2022.

From the beginning to end, Dewey stated the night started out at bruise approximately 1730 to 1800 hours which is 5:30pm to 6:00pm they have open mic night on Thursdays but it was canceled.

He had two beers while there.

He then went to the gravel bar where he had about two more beers.

He stated he met some people while there and they invited him to go to Eureka Live.

They arrived at eureka live between 21 to 2130 hours which is 9 to 9:30pm he got up and sang one song and went back to the group of people he was with and the owner approached him him.

He knew he was the owner and his name was Anthony.

He is approximately 6 foot 1 inch, clean cut, no facial hair, hair black and slicking back.

He made a comment about him having big dick energy.

After he sang his first song, Anthony told him he should sing another song.

So went and signed up for another.

It was a good way to for him to get away from Anthony.

He got himself another beer, just barely opened it, took two drinks out of it.

He sat his drink down at the table.

He came back afterwards and got his drink.

In the next 10:15 minutes.

He started having memory flashes.

He remembers being approached the second time and then coming into the dressing room.

There was a rack of feather boards on his side, a makeup counter behind him in the sensation of his Anthony dick in his mouth.

That only lasted maybe two to three seconds.

The next time he comes to he is bent over the makeup counter, his pants are down and he does not know if he was physically penetrated.

The mirror is in front of him and he can see him, Anthony standing behind him.

Dewey was asked if he felt like he was penetrated.

The next day.

He stated the next day he got into a massive fight with his wife.

She wanted to know where he was at, what he was doing, what time he went to the bar.

She just had a lot of questions.

He did not recall feeling like he was penetrated, but he had others things on his mind.

Dewey stated he did not know what time he left Eureka Live, but he could check Google on his phone.

It showed that his phone left eureka live at approximately 00:32 hours which is 12:32am on Friday 9:30, 2022 he stated it showed him parking at Grand Central.

Next year we Alive.

At approximately 21:34 hours which is 9:30pm making it approximately 3 hours he was at Eureka Live.

His phone also showed him driving for approximately five hours after leaving Eureka Live.

He does not believe that is accurate since he lives 15 to 20 minutes away.

Highway 23 north a few miles from Missouri state line.

He still does not know how he got home but does not see any way he could have driven that long.

Dewey was asked if he would have done any drugs that night.

He stated no.

He smokes a little marijuana and nothing else.

He does not carry it on himself so he would not have done any that night.

Just drank beer here.

Dewey was asked why he is just now coming forward with this case.

He stated he has been talking to friends about it and it took him a few weeks after it happened to put this much together.

His friends helped him get in contact with an advocate from Purple Flower and she came with him to report the incident.

Though he stated his ex wife Brianna Diaz helped him connect with Purple Flower to report the incident, he thinks she did it out of remorse because this is kind of the ground for why she divorced him.

She told him it wasn't a rape or an assault, it was something he wanted to happen.

He stated their divorce was official on August 4, 2023 and Dewey stated November was when his ex wife moved out For a month prior they slept in separate bedrooms.

Dewey stated he did not see Anthony put anything in his drink but he assumes he did because he did not drink enough to black out.

Dewey stated he ordered his drink at the bar in person and Anthony was not the bartender.

Dewey was asked about Elaine Williams and he stated he had just met her that night.

He met the group she was with at the Gravel Bar and met them at Eureka Live.

Later on Dewey was asked if he remembers trying to kiss Elaine and the girls at Eureka Live and he stated he did not.

He was also asked if he remembered Anthony interfering when he tried to kiss them.

He stated he does not remember it it he stated if it was after the second drink he had he would not remember.

Dewey was asked where the dressing room was located and he stated as you walk towards the bathroom you turn left into the dressing room.

Dewey was asked about sitting at a table in Eureka Live.

He stated the table he was referring to is next to the pool table.

Dewey was advised that Elaine stated they were not sitting at a table, they were in the area of the pool table and he stated the table would be the one that they were in proximity to, if not actually sitting at, was the one closest to the pool table.

That is where he sat his drink.

Dewey was asked about going back to Eureka live to visit his friend in October.

He stated his friend was working at the beer garden outside in the parking lot, not inside Eureka Loft.

This is a summary of the interview with Anthony Dewey and should not be considered a verbatim account of his full statement.

Let's jump back because there's some fishy things here.

First of all, I told you consistency.

The one thing that he has that Alicia Lockhart does not have.

And here you have it.

Not only did they ask him, but probably the same questions.

Jones threw in some extra questions in which he had to answer, even down to Elaine.

And do you remember kissing them?

And he stated, hey, I don't remember anything past that second drink.

He said that pretty much before.

So he did not say it didn't happen.

He didn't say it couldn't have happened.

He said, if it happened after my second drink, I don't remember anything that took place.

Still had a possibly what went on from what he said the first time.

Elaine said that they did not drive there together.

That basically they went and he was there.

He just corroborated that.

Okay.

When they said you go together, nobody didn't go together.

You know, they all drove separately.

We just met up there.

So consistency is consistently on his side, which means the man probably can't be lying.

However, if we go back and look at his recollection of when he was there and when he left, his phone ended up showing that there was approximately five hours worth of driving after leaving Eureka live.

And he said he don't believe that's accurate since he lives 15 to 20 minutes away.

Well, that's part of my business.

What I do technology.

That's very accurate.

Google Maps is not going to track you where you have not been.

So if it says that you've been driving for five hours, unless your phone was taken from you or stolen, that's the only way it couldn't be accurate because you didn't go there.

But whoever stole your phone is there.

So if his phone's saying, hey man, Google's telling you, yeah, you drove for five hours.

If you left your week alive, you better believe somebody was driving him for five hours.

He also says he can't recall how he got home.

So that means that maybe somebody approximately took him out of that bar while he was unconscious or whatever the case was.

Don't know where they was going for five hours.

But ended up on a five hour spree and then ends up back at his house where they drop him off and he cannot recall how he got home.

This is all my speculation for reading the report from what it is, but if you are listening to the same report I am, some of these conclusions I think you can draw yourself.

I told you to be a long report.

We're almost there but let's continue because now we got the letter from the doctor.

Let's see what the doctor had to say and recorporates anything Anthony Christopher has told the police so far.

So on Monday 8 7, 2023 Assistant Chief Jones received an email from Anthony Christopher in reference to a letter from his Dr.

John Furlough, M.D.

below is a copy of the letter.

The letter was written July 24th of 2023 says to whom it may concern regarding Anthony Christopher and it gives his date of birth but it is redacted.

He says Anthony is a patient of mine who contacted me on September 13, 2022 with concerns about a rash, fever and chills in a swollen lymph node.

He had an exposure where he possibly could have contracted monkeypox and was concerned.

This was lab I indicated testing would be required to make the diagnosis.

He was not able to get the test.

Okay, he went to a doctor, told the doctor he was concerned he had monkeypox.

Doctor indicated he need to have him thoroughly tested to get a diagnosis but he was unable to get the test.

The doctor was concerned about the rash and lymph node that he had saw, thought it would be a bacterial infection so gave him some treatment with doxycycline.

But come on people, if you are this sick, if you got some funky rash growing on you, your doctor's like I'm concerned about this lip.

No homie, you telling me you can't find somebody else get you to the doctor.

According to Anthony Christopher all over Pretend podcast.

He big man on campus.

Everybody loves Anthony Christopher, which to me says that he has a whole lot of friends, right?

So you can call one of your beloved friends up and say, bro, I really need to get to the doctor.

Can you come and tabby at September 20th at this time or there's always an Uber, there's always a cab and I'm assuming down there in Arkansas they got transportation by bus to me.

No excuse.

On Tuesday 8 2023, there are possibly 1441 hours, which is 2:41pm Assistant Chief Jones attempted to contact Christopher but made negative contact.

At approximately 14:58, which is 2:58pm Christopher returned the phone call to Assistant Chief Jones.

He advised Christopher he has some suggestions about the letter from the doctor.

Christopher was asked if he went to see his doctor.

He stated no, he is a telemed doctor.

Telehealth is done primarily online with Internet access on your computer, tablet or smartphone.

And he stated his husband was in London and he had no no ride to the doctor.

Dr.

Chris was asked if he got the test to confirm if he had monkey pox.

And he stated at the time the CDC was not doing testing in Carroll County.

He was asked if they were doing tests in Fayetteville.

He stated he did not know.

Maybe, but he had no way to get there.

He could not travel.

His husband was in London.

Let's go back.

Anthony.

Christopher stated that he didn't get the test because the CDC was not doing testing in Carroll County.

Let's go back up to the doctor.

The doctor scheduled an appointment for him to come in on September 20, but he canceled due to not having transportation at that time.

In September 20, the doctor would have given him the test in which he needed to confirm monkey pox, but he had no ride.

I use telehealth all the time myself, so don't use the excuse that is because he was adopted on the Internet.

No.

Yes, I have a doctor on the Internet but I can go into the office just like he said, bro, you need to come in September 20th, we're going to run these tests.

So the CDC, which I'm assuming is their free clinic down there that tests for these kinds of things and sexual transmitted diseases, wasn't testing there, but the doctor surely was.

But he couldn't get there because he had no ride according to him.

So Assistant Chief Jones stated to Christopher that the letter from the doctor was not what he thought he was going to receive.

He thought it would have more details, but it was vague.

Christopher stated he Told his doctor he did not want a detailed letter because he wants to protect his protected health information.

He stated, do what you will with it, but I'm not putting out my protected health information.

Let's roll back.

Did you guys not hear me read earlier that he told the police that he was s.

And that he could pretty much get a doctor to prove it, and that's why he was getting the doctor letter.

But now that the doctor is saying nothing the way he thought he was going to say, now he's backpedaling.

The doctor can't confirm if he has monkey pox or not or any other ailment because he didn't take his butt to the doctor on September 20th.

So the doctor is not going to lie and say, yeah, man, you know, he was diagnosed, he got monkey pox, he was laid up for three, four weeks.

That ain't what doctors do.

Now, the officer says it was vague.

Where was it vague at?

There was nowhere where that.

Where that letter from the doctor was vague.

He told you flat out he had exposure where he possibly could have contracted monkey pox.

But because he did not get the test.

I don't know.

Was what he's saying between the lines.

I was concerned that what he had with that lymph.

No.

Was the bacterial infection.

So I treated him with doxycycline.

Sorry, Officer Jones, tell me, where was that vague at?

There was nowhere near the word vague.

He's pretty much saying, I don't know what he had because he didn't bother to come into the appointment that I said.

And now it says that he told the doctor he didn't want him to give a full information on this health.

There was nothing for him to give.

Now, that statement of work for Christopher, you know, if he goes, yeah, well, I told my doctor I don't want a detailed letter sent to y'all.

Now, if that means if he would have got the test done, it would have came back that he had monkey pox or if he came back, he had anything worse than that.

Now he's on the doctor.

Can you just tell him what I need you to tell him so that he can see I don't have this charge.

So can you just tell him that, yes, I was so sick, you know what would happen?

Monkey pox.

You know, can you cooperate with me that I could not have sex with my.

With my husband for this long?

Can you copy with me that I couldn't be able to do this?

Nobody else.

He corroborate me that I was sick as 32 dogs.

This is what the doctor would have wrote or per my patient and the privilege in which he has.

I cannot fully disclose to you what the test said, but I can tell you that there is no way that he could have raped anybody because this is what the ailment is doing to him.

But the doctor doesn't have that because he didn't go in for the test.

So Christopher's excuse is, well, you didn't get anything you wanted because of the fact that I told my doctor not to give you a detailed letter because I don't want my protective health information out there.

No, it's because he didn't go in to get the necessary test, so nobody knew what he has.

So it was pointed out to Christopher that the doctor did not state that he felt like Christopher had monkey pox.

And Chris responded with.

With, why don't you give him a call?

Why don't you talk to him?

Because you seem to have talked to everybody else.

Now, I want you to pay close attention to this next part and I'm going to tie this into the Donald Humphrey.

This is the part I was telling you about.

But before I do, I want to go back again.

It seems like that the officer is putting words into the doctor's mouth because he said it was pointed out to Christopher that the doctor did not state that he felt like Christopher had monkey pox.

The doctor never said that.

Did you guys hear anywhere in that statement the doctor gave that he said he did not feel that he had monkeypox?

He didn't say any of that.

He said he had an exposure where he possibly could have contracted monkeypox and was concerned this was what he had.

So the doctors are saying, don't know.

So Christopher's concerned.

And the doctor was kind of concerned that it could have been monkeypox, but he indicated that testing would be be required to make the diagnosis.

So once again, where did the doctor say that he felt like that he did not have monkeypox?

He never said that.

He says, I gotta have a test done, though, to confirm it.

So he never did the test.

So it never got confirmed.

Again, Jones is putting words in the doctor's mouth.

Now, I don't know if this is supposed to be because he's trying to lie to Christian to trip him up or what.

What?

But I'm here to give you guys a flat truth, and that is the truth.

The doctor never said that he didn't think he had it.

He never got the test to prove that he did or he didn't.

But let's go back to this problem.

Once he caused the paid extremely important what I'm about to read you I'll start from Chris responded so he responded with why don't you give him a call?

Why don't you talk to him?

Because you seem to have talked to everybody else doing the phone call.

Christopher was upset that the case is still going and feels like it should be done with because there there is no way it could have happened.

He stated he had given Assistant Chief Jones all these witnesses who stated the incident never happened and he doesn't understand why he is all over him about the damn letter.

Christopher stated he feels he is being badgered about the letter and that he is pissed.

This is a investigation and this thing should have never happened happened.

This thing didn't happen.

Christopher then goes off topic and states that he thinks David Avencino is part of this and he's city council.

He then states another reason he is pissed is because he was having death threats.

He was having happen and not one thing has been done on it.

The case got handed over to the county and got shit's been done there.

It was stated to Christopher that the police department cannot make the county work a case that is up to them.

Christopher stated he feels like this case should have been given to the county as well.

This should be a conflict.

After a short period of time, Cursor got back on topic.

He was advised Assistant Chief Jones was calling about the current case and the topic of the letter.

Christopher stated he doesn't know what else we want from him.

He's given everything that is needed it.

Assistant Chief Jones stated he was stating the letter is not what he stated it would be when they were having their interview.

He stated again he is not passing along his protected health information when we have everything else.

Everything else that could prove this didn't happen.

Assistant Chief Jones stated it may be what is needed down the road.

He can't guarantee it.

He stated he has what he has right here and he will type it up up and presented.

When Christopher calmed down he did state that Assistant Chief Jones could speak with his doctor and he would let him know he can talk to Assistant Chief Jones.

Shortly after the prior statement he went back to he does not feel safe or secure in giving the information.

Assistant Chief Jones stated that is his choice and he cannot make him give anything.

Christopher stated there is no way this could have happened.

No way somebody could have went to the back room.

There were too many people there that night.

This is a summary of the phone conversation with ethnic Christopher and should not be considered a verbatim account of his full statement.

If you guys have listened to my podcast at all, when it comes down to ladonna Humphrey, you already know what I'm about to say Next starts back with Chris responded.

He starts going off on this officer because he says, once you call my doctor, you've called everybody else.

What he means is, did you really call everybody else's in my favor?

I don't think you did.

Because this is not a BS case.

He says he's upset the case is still going on and feels like it should be done with because there is no way it could have happened.

Happened how you think Laonna Humphrey feels?

We're eight months into this BS with them.

They're still going.

This woman has proved profusely that she didn't do anything that they said, yet they badger her every day.

She's getting all kinds of calls and text messages and emails from his sycophants.

No way it could have happened.

We've proven to you over and over again that there's no way anything that any of these clowns have said on their podcast could have happened.

And we've given you proof of that.

Then he wants to cry that he gave Assistant Chief Jones all the witnesses instead of the incident never happened.

And he doesn't understand why he is all over them about the damn letter ladonna Humphrey gave them.

Every witness that Javier labor refused to use because he's afraid that it would exonerate her.

Didn't Anthony have the nerve to say that he feels like he's being badgered about the letter and that he's pissed?

Well, my friend, don't lie about the letter.

The letter from the doctor, according to him, was.

It was supposed to exonerate him.

And the doctor's gonna give him full bill of help to come to find out that they didn't even what happened because the doc didn't even see.

Seen him.

The investigation is.

And these things should.

It should have never happened.

This thing didn't happen.

Whoa.

Which one is it?

You gotta read.

You gotta listen to what people said.

He says it's BS investigation because these things should have never happened.

Then he corrects himself, this thing didn't happen.

Have you ever heard me say in any given sins I've said said that these things should have never happened to kill Donald Humphrey.

You never heard me say that, right?

I've already said none of this happened.

He slipped up, right?

There, read it.

He slipped up right there, and he had to correct himself quickly.

And the way you do that now is you divert.

That's exactly what he did after.

Now he realizes he messed up with that statement.

He quickly shifts and goes off topic.

And then he starts stating that David Evansino is part of all of.

And he's a member of the city council.

See how that diversion works?

It's supposed to take you away from the point of where he just screwed up his own statement.

It ain't working on me because I already caught it.

But now he wants to blame David Evan Zino for his problems.

There's narcissistic behavior, gaslighting.

Now he's crying because he says another reason he's mad because he was getting death threats.

Oh, we won't talk about the death threats of Donald Humphrey's gotten.

We won't talk about the go kill yourselves.

We won't talk about the emails I get saying, I'm sorry to inform you that Donald Humphrey is dead.

And while I'm saying that, to the last idiot that sent me that, that tried to be Dennis McCaslin, that gave this the wrong Dennis McCaslin email address and that come and says, this is from Dennis.

David, get a hold of me quickly.

I'm sorry to tell you, but it's about ladonna.

Let me kill this for you.

If anything would happen to ladonna Humphrey, nobody's sending me an email.

I'm getting a phone call, and I have everybody's numbers I need to have so their name shows up on my phone.

Her husband, Amy, a few other people.

No one's going to take the time to send me an email.

They just going to pick up the phone and call me and say, I got some news.

So y'all can knock that crap off.

Off.

But back to what I was saying.

The amount of harassment and death threats and everything else that Donald Humphrey has gotten, same thing he's crying about why we ain't stopped that yet.

He says he's had nothing happen.

Ladonna Humphrey's filed police reports against this.

So have I.

Nobody's moved to do.

Now he's crying that it got handed over to the county and nothing's been done at the county.

And that's when the police says, I can't make the county take on whatever case is here.

That's.

That's up to them.

All I could do is take this report and give it to him.

And then he claims that the case should have never been given to the county because it was a conflict.

Do you see the parallels there?

Do you see the hypocrisy?

Christopher is crying out to be left alone.

Don't want to talk about this rape.

This is bs.

I've given you all these witnesses.

You ain't called none of them or did your thorough investigation you should have done.

I'm tired of being harassed.

I'm tired of my name being drugged through the mud.

This could cost my businesses to sink.

Well, Anthony, how did it feel back then?

Because you're doing the same stuff to ladonna Humphrey right to hell now.

It is so funny how hypocritical you are.

These are the same things, folks.

Go back and listen to Pretend podcast and then go back to listen to the beginning of We're Not Afraid till now, same message I've been spewing.

Only difference is I have proof behind everything.

I've given it all to you.

They have none.

But he's doing the same crap and he has a nerve to be crying and he's sick and I hear he has something way worse than monkeypox.

And if that's the case, you should be not worried about out messing with people, but making sure your soul is right with God, buddy.

Now all of a sudden he calms down and goes, okay chief, I'm going to let you go and speak to my doctor.

I'm going let him know that you going to go here and call him.

But then shortly after he made that statement, he went back on it and says he don't feel secure of him talking to his doctor.

You know why that is folks?

Cuz he's lying.

Cuz he knows the doctor has nothing.

Because he knows that he didn't go see the doctor.

He already knows the doctor's not going to corroborate his story.

So he's trying to tease them.

Yeah, go ahead.

Oh no, you know what?

You know what?

No more.

You know what?

I just don't feel comfortable anymore.

Because like he's been doing to you about ladonna Hunt for the last eight months, he's doing right here in this police report.

He's gaslighting and he's lying.

And that's what the police says.

Well, you know why?

You know that's your choice.

I can't make you give me anything.

But if it's going to solerate him, like I said, that was me.

You can have everything.

But then once again he's going to state no way this could have happened.

No way somebody could have went to the back room, there were Too many people there that night.

Well, guess what is your word against his.

And if I'm sitting on a betting table, I'm going to take take his word because this dude now has given three different freaking stories and every time Anthony Dewey has come up consistent, nothing's been changed.

And the things that he could have said took place that night because your word against him he said did not or he don't know if it did.

He doesn't know if he was having sex with him, he doesn't know he was penetrated and he could have made all that up.

So oh yeah, by the way, I really was none of that.

So if I'm a betting man, I bet on Anthony Dewey every day.

Now it goes on to say August 9, 2023, at approximately 4:00pM Anthony Dewey came to the Eureka Springs police department and spoke with sergeant Billy Floyd.

Sergeant Floyd provided Dewey with the photo lineup previously prepared by assistant Chief Jones.

And sergeant Floyd observed Dewey to look at every photo and pick the photo Sgt.

Floyd knew to be Anthony Christopher Offer.

Sgt.

Floyd asked Dewey to initial sign and date the photo.

So they had him do a photo lineup.

Now look at how far down this investigation they decide to wait to have him do the photo lineup again.

It goes to credibility and it goes to the point of what he remembers and it goes to the point if he's accusing the right person or is he lying on Anthony Christopher just for some odd reason to get back at him.

But he picked Anthony Christopher out after all this in a line up that had been set up prior to the time they called him in.

Then from what I'm seeing, maybe that was set up way earlier in this report.

Then on Thursday 18th, 2023 at approximately 15:10 hours, 3:10pm Assistant Chief Jones received a phone call from prosecutor Craig Parker in reference to the affidavit that was dropped off earlier in the day for him to reveal review.

Prosecutor Parker stated he had thoroughly read the affidavit and stated there is not enough physical evidence to prosecute the case.

So on Thursday, 8172023 at a possibly 949 hours, which is 9 49am Assistant Chief Jones made contact with Dewey advising him.

The prosecutor looked over the case and declined to process it due to lack of physical evidence sense.

That's the end of the report.

Let me tell you why that happened and I want to make this very clear and after you want to sue somebody, go ahead.

This is not saying at all that Anthony Christopher did not do what he was accused of.

And I'M not going to even say it's a mistake on Anthony Dewey's part part because so many rape victims does not go in and report rape because they're not believed, they're laughed at.

He's in a very unique situation as well.

He's gay.

And if you want me just be honest with you, gay people has the hardest time proving that they've been raped, especially if it's by the same sex.

Because a lot of these police stations and prosecutors and, and attorneys and I'm not making anything, any of this stuff up, it is true.

They sit back and go, well, this is what you like, isn't it?

How was you raped against your will?

And this is what you go after.

There's somebody that don't believe that you can be raped if you're gay, but you can.

It took his wife and a friend and somebody from an agency to get him to turn this in.

So the only reason why Anthony Christopher got away with this, this is because Craig Parker, the prosecutor, said, hey, I don't have enough physical evidence.

We're talking over a year now or close to it that this has happened.

Happened in 2022, in September.

We're now in July of 2023.

So there is no.

He, he showered.

By now he's done a whole lot of other things that gets rid of that evidence.

And the first thing that you need in a rape case case is your butt.

Should have went to the hospital first, told him you was raped.

They would then do a rape kit for this.

But because of.

Maybe he was scared because as you read through this report, Anthony Dewey is going through a rough time in his life.

Maybe he didn't believe it was going to be believed.

Look at the stuff I've been told.

Don't mess with Anthony Christopher.

He's going to come after you.

He's all powerful.

Rocky has even told you that there's people that's afraid of Anthony Christopher, that they're going to come ruin their lives.

So that could be a big, huge piece of why he didn't go to the cops right away or go get a rape kit and just say, hey, I've been raped by Anthony Christopher.

Maybe he was on that wavel of believing if I turn this dude in, my life's going to be destroyed.

If he's going to find his way out of it or whatever, I'm just going to leave it alone.

But it bothered him so much that he's telling people that he confides in that they're saying, you need to Go find file a police report.

Because see, here's what the police report does is public knowledge FY requests.

All you got to do to get one.

And what this does is it allows the public, like I just did, to read through it and scrutinize it.

Is it something that possibly could have happened?

Is there any missteps?

Do you think it possibly could have took place?

Did the victim present a compelling story?

Did the victim's story change?

Did Christopher's story change?

Was he's upfront with the police at the time he talked to him?

Did he give them all the information in which he knew would save him?

Did he gaslight any time?

Did he point the blame at somebody else?

All of this is what an investigator looks at to see and determine.

So I would give you what my verdict is.

Looking at this whole report.

This is now the third time I've it.

I read it twice before I presented it to you guys today.

Looking at the consistency of Anthony Dewey looking at what Elaine had to say, she wasn't even there at the time that this supposedly took place.

Looking at the three times I believe I counted that Anthony Dewey was asked to come in and give the exact same story.

Looking at the tantrums drum then Anthony Christopher threw at the end of what I just read you and then tried to gaslight looking at now the story he told about the doctor which the letters said nothing that he's supposed to say and he declined to go to a doctor's appointment that would have given him the test to prove all this.

Again, back to teasing the police saying you can go talk to my doctor but then recanting that in the giving the only reason why he did not get prosecuted was because there was no physical evidence, which I hate to say it, that does make sense in a rape case because it's the only evidence which they would have to convict since there was nobody else that could see it.

Nobody saw Anthony do this.

Apparently nobody saw Anthony Kmer taking Anthony Dewey back to the back room.

That would mean that it is just their word against theirs.

So the rape kit would have to be something that would needed to be done.

Gun.

So barring all of that, I have to say allegedly because he never got convicted.

So I do believe that allegedly Anthony Christopher did rape this guy.

But there's a guy that says how it looks low that knows that truth.

Anthony Christopher knows the truth and so does Anthony Dewey.

But if I had to sit in front of a jury right now and they said based on what you have in front of you and what you have read and what you've examined, do you find him to be guilty or not guilty?

And I would say guilty.

All right, guys, so that is that report to the person that wrote me and wanted me to do it.
