What's going on, everybody?

Welcome to another episode of we are not afraid.

I'm back to tell you a couple of things and why I'm back, maybe just for the last time, I have been arrested.

I am out right now on $10,000 bond.

I will go to court in a month due to, I guess, the complaints that was waged against me.

Man, I can't even tell that lie with a straight face.

See, I had all y'all going, didn't you?

Y'all was sitting there going, yeah, we got them.

You ain't got nobody.

I am here to let you guys know exactly what went down.

Nobody has believed me.

I really don't care.

I have proof of it.

But we gonna talk about the police.

We're gonna talk about the FBI.

We're gonna also talk about Spreaker, and we're going to talk about Spotify, and I'm going to tell you what I've done and am doing about all of that.

But the only thing that I want everybody to know, listening within the sound of my voice, is I'm still here.

And for the person that wanted to leave that little comment about Ray Ray McCloud lost his podcast and host, Javier won.

Javier ain't won anything, and he ain't going to be able to beat me on his best day.

This is like my favorite movie of all time.

Rocky four, Ivan Drago versus Rocky.

No matter how many times Rocky got knocked down, he got back up with the truth, and he put Ivan Drago on the canvas.

And as long as I have to be here to expel the truth among all these lies, here I am.

Let me tell you exactly what happened and why it's taking me so long to respond.

As you guys know, I said the last week I was going to be gone.

I was.

I was out of state.

Which also proves why I have done nothing wrong and also proves why they're lying when it comes to filing an FBI report.

But I want to make this very clear, very real.

I want Javier Leva and Anthony Christopher to hear this within the sound of my voice.

I didn't lie to anybody in this audience.

I have filed two reports.

I have filed a police report, and I have also filed a report with the FBI that my friends are no joke.

The only thing that they're doing by continuing to do the things which they are is adding to the lawsuit I'm already building.

And by following my me to them and by following me and lying about my podcast and hopes that somebody takes it down for good and all of that kind of stuff, all that does is just make my lawsuit thicker.

So keep doing what you're doing, because sooner or later, this is going to drop into the court of law, and sooner or later, Javier Leva and Anthony Christopher has to do the one thing that they've been avoiding.

I want you guys to remember more than three times now.

I have asked them to come on the show.

I have asked them to, let's debate the case.

I've asked them to prove what they have.

They have declined that, but they've sent their trolls to my email box.

They sent my, their trolls over to give me one star reviews, which I have written to Apple for podcasters.

And we're going to take it that down right now.

I mean, Javier is running a whole nother show.

They did everything that they can except for come face me, because they know that if they face me, they're going to face the truth.

All these lies they've told y'all that y'all have eaten up.

And when I say y'all, I mean the cult followers, the Kool Aid drinkers, the true believers in all of this crap.

I've dispelled everything that Javier Layman has ever said.

I've proven everything that he said was wrong on two occasions with his own words.

And yet, everybody doubles down.

This is why, folks, that, they're trying to get me taken down.

If you take me down, you have no truth.

If you take me down, you have nobody that can be.

But all of this, if you take me down, they're going to sit there and say, oh, well, everything we said is true.

No one said anything.

No, we've said a lot of things.

So I will be here continuously until I get everything out.

So let me tell you exactly what happened with Spreaker.

So for a long period of time, I have been thinking about leaving Spreaker to begin with.

Now, to prove that Spreaker did not cancel me, go look up two of my other podcasts.

I'll let you guys find this is, you guys are all super sleuth.

I still very well do have a speaker account.

I chose to leave speaker.

Let me tell you what happened with speaker.

Ten podcast, I was told more than four times, I have it in writing that my podcast did not come down because of Javier Leva.

I think we've come to find out now, and I'll make sure that this is in my discovery, my lawsuit, that I believe that Javier Leva and speaker, at least one person and speaker worked in tandem.

I'm going to tell you how I, why I believe that and how I'm proving that and why that will also be in the discovery of my lawsuit.

But I digress.

Let's move on.

So there's one certain person, because unlike Javier Leyva, who I don't think had this kind of contract in his life, I had a lifetime contract with speaker that moves you to a whole different realm of the podcast host.

So usually when you are just a regular member and you're not on the contact with them, you have a team, and this team of people handles your problem.

When you have this kind of content that I had, you have a person.

I've really never gotten along with the person that handles my case because she did nothing but lie as well.

So after the episode, one episode, by the way, not the whole podcast, because if you go back, listen to episode eight, that's what Javier Leva is crying about.

He wants the whole podcast to come down.

That's important to him, because with the whole podcast down, you have nothing else around proving that he is the world's biggest liar to ever walk the earth.

However, I digress.

They removed that one episode.

So I went and I said, I read you guys all of that on the episode.

Why did you remove my episode?

They've come back and said to me it had nothing to do with Javier Leva.

I said, all right.

They said, we're digging into it.

Long story short, finally, Amy comes back from vacation.

Now, Amy is my main handler over there.

They passed this case off to her.

So what they should have came and said is, we're waiting for Amy to come back from vacation.

So Amy comes back, and Amy actually calls me.

Okay?

So I get a phone call from New York.

I'm gonna tell you exactly what she said, because I'm blowing spree group up further down the line, just not here.

But I'm gonna tell you what's going on.

So she calls me.

My daughter is present.

I have it on speakerphone.

So I have witnesses into what was being said.

And she comes on and she says to be, well, we are not taking it down, or we didn't take it down because of Javier Leva.

And I said, then why did you take it down?

And she cited advertisers.

Now, here's why I knew she was full of B's.

Again, this show is not monetized.

I can show you a screenshot right now where that show had exes.

They was on my case because this is how spreaker makes money.

It's because I have to monetize that show.

Am I monetizing it?

And the advertisers and all of that, they get paid.

I was getting emails all the time saying that I needed to go monetize this show.

So when she cited advertisers, I said, well, that should be no problem because this show has no advertisements on it.

I'm not monetizing this show.

She then proceeds to do exactly what Javier Levinethi Christopher did.

They took one part of what they heard and they ran with it.

So all they did was played the parts that I stated things that I would have done 25 years ago and said, this is violence.

And I said, you didn't read the whole thing.

And she said, yes, I did.

I says, no, you didn't.

She put, she picked out only two parts.

Now, in between those parts, it said what?

This was 25 year ago, Dave.

Dave, 51, does not believe in violence, yada, yada, yada, by the way, again.

And this is what I told her.

I said, so I guess you are above the law.

And she says, what do you mean by that?

I said, I have filed a police report.

I have filed an FBI report.

I have given both FBI and police transcripts, full transcripts of this show.

I also had my attorney, at least one of them, listened to the whole episode before it was posted, and they all came back and said, post it because there is no threat.

She still saw the advertisers.

And then I was given a choice.

So there's what Javier Lever and Anthony Christopher and all of his trolls as running around need to perk their ears up.

Here's the choice that I had, either, and this is until I pissed Amy off.

See, nobody bullies me, and people's gonna understand that.

I don't care who you are.

You don't bully me when I'm in the right.

So the choice was that either I could remove that one episode, not the whole show, the one episode, or that it would be demonetized.

And once again, I said, it's not monetized.

And she said, your whole entire platform, now, that covers true combos for new people and every other podcast that I have there.

I have five podcasts.

You, if you guys have been listening, you guys should know about three.

And if you've heard of the one, the biggest one, then you go look up that show right now and you will find out for yourself that I'm not lying.

I still have a contract with Spreaker, or I still have an account with them at this point.

But let me finish telling you this and tell you why I decided to leave.

So at the end of all of this, I stood my ground.

I said, I'm not.

You're not bigger than the law.

You're trying to stifle my voice.

That is not going to happen.

And she hung up the phone on me.

Now, here is where the belief comes in that she is working with Javier Leva, or at least somebody over there is.

Weird things started happening to my show, so instead of the episode they had a problem with, because here's what I'll tell you what I would have done.

I'm not that hard to work with.

I tell you what I would have done.

But when you show me blatant disregard as a customer, because that's what I am, and you think you pull the reins, then it's time to go.

But let me get back to that.

As I was saying, what made us believe that is because weird things happen to my show.

Episode eight all of a sudden just disappeared.

If you go back to episode eight, it is not even the episode which is in question.

Episode eight was the episode where I once again yanked Javier Leyva's chain because it was called caught in the lie.

Here is where him and his crew got supercharged, because with his own words, I hung him.

I caught him in the lie that he told all of you, that he fought a federal lawsuit, and his own lawyer said, what?

The lawsuit has not been filed.

That's when they went really supercharged, because the more I get to exposing their lies, people, the more they want me to be gone.

I digress.

So I decided to move.

I have been contemplating moving from speaker long before I even heard of Javier Leva.

My wife can tell you that it's comfortable sometimes, though, to stay places where you have one four letter word that America loves to hear.

Free.

See, everything to me, as speaker was free.

I could launch as many episodes I wanted to.

I had so much space, I could probably go out there and tell you guys, I'm gonna start you a podcast network.

And every one of those podcasts I could have hosted for free, there were certain perks with being there while it was free.

And even though I knew that I was getting cheated by Spreaker, if you remember and go back to episode, I said they had been good to me.

They had up until this point.

But I also said, I have problems if you listen to the statement that I wrote them, because they never gave everything or half or anything that I was promised when I moved over there eight years ago, and they didn't, it's hard to get a hold of your representative.

This is the first time I've heard from Amy in about two years.

And I've written them with ideas and the things that they hadn't done.

And I was promised this and where it's at.

So I had already contemplated moving from there.

It was as it was free.

You know, why add another bill that I don't need to have?

And then I start looking around, because now with all of that, so, oh, no, you hung up on me.

Here's what I would have done.

I said I would have told you what I would have done.

Here's what I would have done.

And this is exactly what I wrote back to Amy.

Because since the trolls is at it, what they don't seem to know is the moment that I requested to have my RSS feed release.

Because when you are a lifetime member over there, they lock down your RSS feed.

This way you can't transfer your feet anyplace else, because at this point, your show is exclusive to Spreaker.

This is the same thing that they do with the big multi million dollar podcast.

So if you want to go redirect your podcast, you can't.

You have to get them to release it.

So I wrote and said, release my RSS feed.

I am moving out of here.

At this point.

I've only removed.

I've only moved my three biggest shows.

At this point, I'm going back to remove the others, and then I'm closing my account all completely.

But anyway, upon moving my RSS feed, the moment that I typed in the RSS feed to move one of my podcasts, I was asked to stay.

I got people coming up to my son, do you sure you want to go?

And I said, I'm out.

And I told him exactly why I'm out.

And I got said, I'm gonna do a full episode on it.

I'm other podcast of people.

Exactly why I live speaker and why they should avoid speaker as a host.

So now you caused me to do the one thing that I had been avoiding doing even when I got offered another free place.

It's not free anymore from another website host, but I declined it because I was with Spreaker for so long, and I'm very loyal.

So I started looking all these other podcast hosts.

Spreaker is not even in the top five.

I don't even think they get mentioned in the top ten of podcast hosts.

And if they do get mentioned, the top ten is because, well, there's not that many podcast hosts to compare them to.

But in your top five, they're not even there.

Their analytics suck.

I found out by moving my podcast that their analytics is all wrong.

They are way behind on tools.

I mean, you got all these other holes.

They're giving you AI integration.

You got transcripts built in.

Hell, even Riverside is more advanced than what they are.

So I'm like, this is a good time to move.

I moved myself because no one's going to shut down my freedom of speech.

Now.

She would have came to me and said, okay, Dave, can you see how this, this may look?

Let me work with you on this.

That ain't what I got.

And I am the client, and that's how I would have handled it.

I'd be like, okay, look, can we agree with this, this and the other thing?

And maybe I said, all right, maybe I would have said, okay, if the podcast is an issue, I'm moving somewhere else.

Or I'll say, okay, I will take down that episode, but I'm not taking down seven and eight, because seven and eight comes back and does the same thing that six really does, which it actually breaks down the lie explicitly.

So when I start seeing eight move, I'm like, that's not even close to what this is even all about.

So we're all looking at that, and it will be discovered that if they're working javier labor to bring that down, then they'll be in trouble, too.

But that's what happened.

So I moved and they went to write Spotify.

Well, I'm talking with them right now because I'm telling them the insightfulness.

And again, I've sent everybody all of their screenshots.

However, just to let everybody know, my show was only parked there because I wanted to move out of speaker.

I was done with them.

So I moved it to Spotify for podcasters.

Never planned on staying there, because, again, the tools that Spotify for podcaster offers are not that great.

And I have to give it to them is because it is a free service.

You're not going to get all the premium features from a free service, but I need other features in which I am accustomed to.

So they were only parked there.

So once again, Javier levered and his crew did nothing cuz the podcast is gonna move anyway.

I decided to let Spotify know who they were dealing with.

And who's to say that I haven't talked to Javier Levis hosting company, so you guys never know what I'm doing over here either.

If you want to wage a war against me to do these things, I could do the same thing here is.

The only difference, though, is I have proof.

Cause when I roll back to Spotify my defense, I send them the Reddit thread.

I send them all the harassing messages that I have received.

I sent them links to the pretend podcast.

I send them links to Javier Leva's little TikTok.

I also gave them full transcripts.

Understand, people, everything is in the transcript.

When this goes to court, they're going to look at the transcript, and they're going to take everything at face value for what was said, because none of that was said.

So that's what happened with speaker.

I chose to leave Spreaker.

Spotify was just a stopping point onto the host that I'm going to eventually end up with permanently.

And just to let anybody know, I've already written them and I've already clued them in on what's going on.

So there you go.

Because the host that I am with now very, I've looked into them for a long period of time.

They are very innovative.

They have a lot of tools there that I've seen no other hosts have.

They try to make this extremely helpful or extremely easy for podcasters to be able to do things.

And so I have given them full transcripts.

Now, I'm gonna tell you what I told them.

If they determine that episode six is a problem, I pretty much written them a book.

I've given them all the parts of the transcript that people have problems with, or I should say Javier lever has problems with.

But I've given them the full context of that.

You know, the stuff that they want to cut out.

Like, I'm not violent and violence is not the way, and I would never send anybody there.

And that I never mentioned the West Bros.

Baptist Church and all that good stuff in between that they want to leave out.

If they come back and tell me, well, we just think this is questionable, I won't upload it.

But here's what everybody else to know.

See, episode six has already done its damage.

By the time it was removed, thousands of people's already heard it.

The people I need to hear it has already heard it.

You've done nothing.

It'll come back up in the court of law.

So all you really did is being dumb is because, as you claim, quote unquote, that you fought all these police reports against me and everything, like that you've taken down your own evidence.

But I digress.

Why do I continually put it back up if I think it's evidence for them is because I know I have done nothing wrong.

An attorney has told me that, the police has told me that.

So why am I going to not put it back up?

But if I'm told by my current host that, yes, advertisers don't like it, they find it could be a little bit questionable, yada, yada, yada, because I respect them, because they've been very nice to me, I won't put it back up.

But seven and eight does exactly what six does, because in seven, I pretty much broke down the whole transcript for you.

I pointed out every one of Javier Leva's lies line by line.

So, actually, to be honest with you, episode seven is more devastating, in my opinion, than episode six.

And then episode eight, we catch him in the live, the lawsuit.

So there you have it.

Nobody stopped anything.

Here I am, back where I'm at.

I'm always going to come back.

You can knock me down, but you can't knock me out.

But ask yourself this question, though.

Everybody listened to the sound of my voice.

I'm not talking about the cult.

See, the cold is going to be there.

You can't do anything about them.

But all these people that's listening, that's listening to this because they want the full context.

Listening to this because they want to know what the truth is.

Ask yourself this question.

If he is telling you the truth, if everything he said in the last five months about La Donna Humphrey is true, why would he care if we are not afraid is up as a podcast?

You got to ask yourself that question, because I've told you and I've proven it, that I can prove everything he said is a lie.

He can't prove anything I'm saying is a lot because it's not.

They're trying to get me stopped and shut down so that there is no rebuttal to that.

But he ain't gonna be to do it in the court a law, is he?

So just keep going.

I'm just gonna keep piling this stuff up in my lawsuit, and we're just gonna stack it high, and then when the time comes, we're gonna file it.

And then Javier Levy is going to have no option but to look me dead in my face from a witness stand in a court of law.

You can't escape that.

You got to show up, or you just forfeit.

Right?

So eventually, this will end up in the court.

I've tried to get him to end this several times.

He will not.

So what is going to happen now with the podcast where we're going to move forward?

Before we get about here, first, I want to tell you all y'all out here running around talking about some and listening to Anthony Christopher talking about some, we going to jail.

You guys did get your head out the sand.

Anthony Christopher is doubling down.

I read a little phony ass statement that he wrote about how they still scared.

Let me tell you, the one thing that's not gonna stand up in the court of law doesn't look good for the boys.

If it's true that I made all these threats and they were so scared of me, the first thing they would do is leave me alone.

They have not.

For what I understand, they're about to release a whole new podcast season called the surrogates, where they're going to attack me, Dennis McCaslin, Amy, and some other people.

I've already heard through the grapevine that he's already released two episodes on Dennis McCaslin.

So you tell me where that constitutes.

Somebody's being scared for their life.

Because if I was afraid that somebody really was going to come hurt me, the last thing I'm going to do is keep making them mad.

I'm not going to say nothing about them.

I'm not doing no more episodes about him.

I'm not writing about them.

Because if you believe that that person's dead on hands, that he's going to show up and take you out, why poke the bear?

That's also in my lawsuit.

My attorney agrees.

So they're doing themselves no favors because they keep messing with me.

Trying to get all the people that host my show to take me down is harassment.

That is also in my lawsuit.

So ask yourself that question, though.

If Javier Lev is telling you exactly the truth, why is he so hell bent on getting me removed as long as I'm breathing, the only thing that will stop me from producing this show, the only thing that will stop me from continually telling you the truth until we are done, is only one thing.

If I'm dead and I'm a point this out, if anything happens to me right now, today, tomorrow, they would be the first place that they're going to look.

The other thing that you guys are balling to, this going to jail thing, is if I would have made that kind of threat, I would already be in jail.

Eureka Springs PD would have sent it to Palmdale.

They would have told Palmdale that there was a real threat.

They would have given Palmdale the evidence they would have needed to come and get me.

Palmdale would have came and they would have cuffed me and took me to jail because that is a terroristic threat.

That is stating.

That is stating loss of life.

With all of the threats that's going on the world, they can't afford not to react if it's something that it is true.

Second of all, I just got off of a plane a few days ago.

The FBI would have put me on the no fly list.

If you think I'm lying, I guess the only thing I can use that you guys will all know about that happened recently or in recent history would be January 6.

Everybody that was at January 6 is on a no fly list.

Matter of fact, if you think I'm lying, look it up.

I forget his name on YouTube.

One of Trump's biggest supporters who is no longer supporting him because in an interview, Trump slipped up and admitted that he lost the 2020 election.

Dude left him.

He was one of Trump's biggest supporter.

He was organizing things.

And he did like a 30 minutes video on how Trump was bad now and then that video, he says, why did we all have to go to jail?

Why am I on the no fly list if all of this was not true?

The FBI is not going to take a chance of me flying around and say, oh, no, I'm just going here for work training, but I'm actually on my way to North Carolina and Arkansas to take somebody out.

So in the case of that, that's your two points, but you should know that doesn't happen.

Thirdly, though, I was supposed to be in jail six weeks ago, along with Dennis McCaslin in a long with La Donna Humphrey.

But he keeps telling y'all, we're working profusely with the law enforcement, making it seem like that they're sitting down at a round table every day trying to figure out how to come get me.

Let me tell you what's going on.

And I've heard this from several people.

No, I don't think Eureka Springs police is even moving because I've heard nothing from them.

And I've talked to them three different times.

I've called them three different times, talked to them once.

Second, when I just said the name Anthony Christopher, the life of the officer on the other end of the phone just drained.

She was all peppy when she asked the phone, hey, you, Rick.

Experience, police department officer, so and so.

How can I help you?

I was like, yeah, I understand that one of your residents filed a police report against me.

So I'm coming to see what that is, and I'm going to file mine against him with you, and I'm going to file mine against him with Palmdale.

So I guess that's two for me.

I did file one against him in Eureka Springs as well as here.

And they're like, oh, well, who was the resident?

And as soon as I said Anthony Christopher, her whole demeanor changed.

You just saw, you just heard the air come out of her lungs and she goes, oh, yeah, I believe he did file one.

Let me get you to the officer that followed it.

That's the thing I need to know.

I've heard that he's went from precinct to precinct to precinct to precinct to precinct.

He's just going to cry and cry and cry until something happens.

But the thing is, if there is no crime, there is nothing to arrest anybody for.

And then on top of that, even if I did get arrested, you would never know that California does not have to tell Eureka Springs what happened.

And I asked Eureka Springs police directly.

I said, so how does this work, being that I'm in a whole different state and I'm totally out your jurisdiction?

And the officer that took the report, who I talked to, said, well, if we determine that there is a crime or a serious crime here, we would forward it to your PD and then they would determine how to handle you, which means California has to determine how to handle me and if they determine that I've committed a crime.

So still, Anthony Christopher did nothing because there is no jurisdiction over me in Arkansas.

And by the time that I go into a court of law and produce all my evidence, the judge is going to be like, why are we even here?

Cases miss.

So you still did nothing because again, I've turned all those over to my local PD.

So you guys keep believing we go into jail, keep believing that false crap.

Anthony Christmas writing to you guys on the radar thread, keep believing that they're just doing all the stuff that they can with the FBI.

There's no FBI report that's been filed.

And if it has, nothing's been moved on.

And nothing's going to be moved on because I've done nothing.

I'm not the one taking down my show in hopes that nobody catches me saying the things that I.

That they said that I said because I never said them.

And then here it is.

Don't y'all think I have at least a little bit more common sense than that?

If I'm going to directly threaten somebody like that, I'm not that dumb to do that on a national podcast.

Not that dumb to where thousands of people can hear me say that I'm not that crazy.

They are.

They've said things that's going to get them sued.

They've said defamatory things.

They've done nothing but told lies.

They've taken out a whole Reddit thread.

They've harassed me.

Ladonna Humphrey, Dennis McCaslin, Tom Profusely.

All of that's in writing.

They're stupid.

All of that's liable, liable, liable.

Not only you have different case for defamatory situations.

Now we got a liable suit and it just keeps going on and we're rapping.

All the companies in this red is going to come down with them.

If his podcast host don't remove pretend podcasts, they're going to come down with them.

We're gonna go after taking everybody.

But we just build the case.

Me and my attorney just build the case.

And the more that they keep running their jaws, running their mouths, flapping the guns, harassing me, follow me around from host to hoes, making statements on that Reddit thread, all I'm doing is just building a case that I'm going to sue for millions.

The one thing I want to tell you guys to go look at, if you want to see exactly what we're dealing with, there is finally one show I can point you to that shows you everything that we're dealing with.

All you got to do is change the crime and put Javier levers face on Alex Jones, and you got the truth versus Alex Jones.

Go watch it.

It's exactly this.

If you guys know who Alex Jones is.

Alex Jones is the host of a show called Infowarse.

He is also known as one of the biggest misinformation dealers that there is.

Ten years ago or so, the unfortunate shooting at Sandy Hook elementary took place.

Alex Jones is the one that wouldn't say that it was a hoax.

He said that everybody was lying, even to the point to where he made fun of a dad that for ten years got trolled on and was called all kinds of evidence when he walked in because he called him an actor.

It took him ten years, but they finally got his butt not on one, but two lawsuits.

Alice Jones is so stupid that he's making episodes running down these people on his radio show before he goes to court.

And he's even saying, 1 hour from now, I gotta go to the show trial, and he's calling people stupid dumb on the spectrum.

If you like this guy about the name, sorry, but I feel the way I feel about him.

He's the biggest Donald Trump fan.

He is considered to be what they call a Trump ligand.

All over his Infowars page is him.

And he is the one that began that, that 1776 rhetoric that was so common throughout Donald Trump's presidency.

It was the biggest defamation case in history.

So I think he lost to the tune of like $900 million or something like that.

And of course, he filed bankruptcy now because they sued, right the way I'm going to, I'm going to sue Javier Leva personally.

I'm going to also sue creative babble.

That takes away all of the protections he has.

Abundant LLC jones.

Just to let you guys know, just people say, oh, my gosh, that can't be done.

Here's where he's at right now.

So he has about $9 million in personal access.

That includes his house.

But according to the court filings with his bankruptcy case and the ruling that was levied against him, much of that he has to sell now to pay off these judgments.

The $2.6 million home that he has in Austin, Texas, and some other belongings, they are protected by his bankruptcy.

But that's the only thing that will, most likely he will ever keep.

He's already moved now to sell his ranch in Texas for 2.8 million, and he has to sell his gun collection.

All of that goes to those families.

They also have other pending lawsuits against him, which is accusing him of illegally diverting and hiding millions of dollars that he has denied an allegation.

But we do know that Alex Jones is very rich because much like Java Levae, he made nothing but tons of money off of the Sandy hook hoax is what he called it.

Well, we all know that Javier Levis made tons of money off of La Donna Humphrey.

And I'm going to go for everything he's got.

That's how you sue somebody.

You sue them personally, you sue them business wise.

Because I own an LLC.

Yes, LLC does absolve you from certain things in business.

So if I sue the business, you can't get certain things.

But I'm suing him and the business because it's his business that he's using to promote this stuff, but is him that is allowing it in, saying these words.

So I've tried to give people ways about it is like I said, I'm just sitting back, letting the case build itself.

But eventually I will take him down.

I will take him to court.

And just like Alice Jones, who thought that he was completely untouchable, now he's crying because he has all these judgments.

That's millions and millions and millions that he has to pay these parents for what he said.

And still when the judge was going against him, he was still being defiant and saying, that's okay, but still asking people to pay him.

You know, go and buy this from my website.

It's just a griff.

People go watch it.

All right, so moving forward, here's what's going to go on with the show.

I am dropping the Oasis episodes now that I'm back.

I am working on those this week, and then I'm going to drop the episode that I told you that I had.

You guys need to know what other people feel about Anthony Christopher, especially people that has or maybe still dealing with him.

So we're gonna drop that.

Then we're gonna take a hiatus.

It is going into that holiday season time.

This is the time where we need to spend time with our families and not have to worry about this mess.

So after I drop the Anthony CRISPR episode, I will be gone from this podcast up until the better part of January.

We will come back.

We will see where everything is.

Maybe if things go a certain way, maybe you don't have to come back.

Maybe I just leave it where it's at.

Who knows?

But leaving it to the trolls, you guys can't keep your mouth shut, so I doubt that would happen.

So we're looking to come back in January where we will wrap up everything else.

Oh, there's a lot of people we still haven't talked about yet, including some people that decided to go on a people's shows and lie recently.

We're gonna handle all of that.

So the Oasis interviews, you guys at least hear a couple of those.

I want to get that out.

We want to talk about Oasis.

We're going to clear that up in that episode.

I'm going to tell you exactly what Javier leave was lying, because this organization, to be so bad, still gets award after award after award.

And I want you guys to keep this in your mind.

That place is visited at least once or a couple times a week, if not every couple of weeks.

So the government knows exactly what is going on in Oasis, which is why they can't bring Oasis down.

But we're going to release that.

And then you want to tune in for the Anthony Christopher episode.

I do have a couple of interviews directly from people that know him or directly from people that's dealing with him.

Right now, we're going to put that out.

We're going to let you know who I'm dealing with when it comes to Anthony Christopher.

So after that, again, we'll be gone until sometime in January.

And then when I come back in January, I will tell you what the future of we are not afraid is.
